|Recommended: YesNice apartment to live in downtown — Staffs are nice, helpful attentive. Hallways are maintained properly, clean smells nice. Apartment price is affordable a reasonable for the apartment size. Nearby grocery stores, food stands and bus or train station. Neighborhood is peaceful enough with few noise which is expected living in the city. But overall we love our decision to move in here

Rosa went above and beyond and was so sweet.I had so many questions and she was always willing to answer them. I would definitely recommend coming by if you are looking for an apartment. I’m so excited we chose Moda Bonneville and look forward to living here for a long time.

The location is convenient yet quiet and peaceful. The staff is friendly and maintenance issues are handled quickly. Rent is very reasonable for what you get. I've had a wonderful living experience here and would encourage others to rent here.

|Recommended: YesSafe place to live — Construction is the modest and feeling safe to live. The atmosphere is also conducive. Feeling like living in the luxury construction. The club room and other amenities are great here. I would strongly recommend living here.

|Recommended: YesJust moved from abroad — Staff were great in helping me move in baring in mind the big change from the UK to US. Rosa in particular was great, she was very responsive and made the move in a very easy process. Apartment also looks great and there is nothing i can complain about.
