|Recommended: YesSaurabh Dhaigude — Liked the Moda community quiet well. Place is nice and apartments are also good. They have a good common area and gym. Had one problem with door lock that too got fixed within a day after raising the request
People from front office are helpful.

|Recommended: YesJacie and her team are amazing — Jacie is thee best property manager I have ever had, she is a great listener and solution oriented. She is nice and easy to deal with. My car got broken into 5 times last year which was not fun but the property did what it could to fix the security.
