|Recommended: YesJacie and her team are amazing — Jacie is thee best property manager I have ever had, she is a great listener and solution oriented. She is nice and easy to deal with. My car got broken into 5 times last year which was not fun but the property did what it could to fix the security.

|Recommended: YesIt is great — Moda is a great place to live for just about anyone. It has great accommodations, lovely staff, and beautiful city view apartments. The maintenance staff are very quick to respond to inquiries, and everyone is so nice. Would highly recommend Moda for anyone looking for apartments downtown Salt Lake City

|Recommended: YesI thought this property was very secure — I like how secure the property is, being downtown it takes some worry off of me. I was unsure where to find the hot tub and out door grilling station though. But so far I do enjoy it here
|Recommended: YesEffective, Efficient, Resident Focused — The management team are open to suggestion requests feedback, and they respond. The response is time sensitive, solved answered appropriately and they are friendly about it.
The community is friendly to the residents and pets.
The units layouts are spacious and open. Makes for comfortable living.
